This site forms part of a wider development opportunity for the Isle of Wight Council for a business park (also developed by RPA concurrently – see details here) and potential Biodiversity park.

Following a successful planning application, the site is now under construction and we are working with the Design and Build Contractor to ensure this project is delivered in line with the original intent.
