Rosemary's Vineyard

Located to the south of Ryde and within the Haylands Parish Ward it is bounded to the north by Rosemary Lane, to the south by Smallbrook Lane and to the east by Ashey Lane. It forms a development site of some 34 Acres running down the valley to Monktonmead Brook.

The proposals for 140 dwellings, of which 49 will be affordable, are arranged around wildlife corridors that link the site to the with Swanmore Meadows and Rosemary Copse to the north, Monktonmead Brook to the east and Smallbrook Heath in the south.
