Sea House, Seaview

Situated on Duver Road, Seaview with spectacular views across the Solent to the mainland beyond, the house is the client’s own particular homage to the Art Deco period. Details were all important and were developed in a close working relationship with the family to ensure authenticity.

The main entrance door for example was developed from a common art deco sun burst theme and incorporated stained glass designed by the family. The mosaic ‘door mat’, using Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘eagle feather’ font,wasmade by local artisansandrounded off the welcome to this unique house.The project provided 5 bedrooms over two / part three storeys and was completed in 2018 at a cost of just over £1m
